What delivery service do you use?

THC Hydroponics is proud to use a network of trusted and reliable ‘Next Day’ couriers for all deliveries.

When will my item be dispatched?

For mainland UK customers, all order placed before 2pm are prepared and ready to ship on the same day.

Usually, you will receive your item the following day.

For non-mainland UK or overseas orders, delivery often takes between 1 to 3 days.

Does my order qualify for free delivery?

Spend more than £100 and your order will usually qualify for FREE delivery.

Certain products are excluded from our free delivery offer, usually because of their size or weight.

Full details will be available when you checkout.

Do you offer a ‘Click & Collect’ service?

THC does now provide a ‘Click and Collect’ service.

When ordering online, please select the ‘Click and Collect’ delivery option.

You MUST leave a preferred contact number so we can get in touch to arrange a suitable collection time.

How can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked online via our preferred delivery partner.

On completing an order, you will receive an email link notifying you of the delivery details.

What if an item is out of stock?

If the product you want is not available, we will order it and notify you of an expected delivery date via email or a call.

 

If we cannot source the original item, which does happen occasionally with some overseas suppliers, we can provide an equivalent substitute.

This only happens for certain products – like pots, saucers and fans – so that we can fulfil your order.

A replacement will only ever be issued if it is of the same specification or of a higher quality.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

We are happy to accept returns and refunds for any product if you are not happy with it. Please ensure the product packaging remains intact.

What if my item is damaged?

If a product is damaged or does not work, we will replace it. No questions asked.

We offer this ‘no quibble’ returns policy because, on occasion, items can become damaged during transit.

What packaging do you use?

All our products and orders are delivered in discreet packaging to provide you with a secure and professional service.

What if my delivery address is wrong?

Should you need to change the delivery address urgently, please call 01926 511151 to discuss this immediately.

You can also update the delivery address through the ‘My Account’ section of our online shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

THC is delighted to accept most major credit and debit cards via PayPal. We also accept cash in store.

Do you offer discounts or THC Voucher Codes?

From time to time, THC does offer its existing customers promotional discounts.

To qualify for these, simply sign to receive our Newsletter!

We do NOT offer THC voucher codes via any other website or marketing material. If you see them on a third-party website, be advised that they won’t work at the checkout.
