Customer Service Policy

Shipping & Delivery
If you place your order before 2pm and it is in our shop we will ship it to you the same day. This means most likey you will get it the next day. If we need to order it in we will call you or email you with an expected delivery date. We will substitute certain products with equivelents such as pots, saucers and fans. These will always be same spec and of high quality. This is to enable us to fulfill your order if we cannot souce the original item which can happen with some suppliers when products come from overseas.

Returns & Replacements
If a product is damaged or doesnt work, and this can happen before we get it or during transit - we will replace it - no questions asked. We will also accept returns and refund on any substituted product if you are not happy with it though PLEASE ENSURE the product packaging is intact.
If the product you want is not in our shop - we will order it in and notify you of an expected delivery date.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept most major credit and debit cards via paypal and good ol cash if you come in the shop.
Viewing Orders
You can track orders online from our prefered delivery partner. You will recieve a link in the email notifying you of the shipment
Updating Account Information
You can update it through our online shop under My Account. If you need to change the delivery address urgently please call us at the shop immediately.
